How to Connect Your Sending Engine (BYOK)

To guarantee that your sender reputation remains 100% yours and your customer lists remain completely private, JazzySend uses a Zero-Knowledge Architecture. This means you connect your own sending server directly to our UI.

Here is how to generate your free sending key in under 5 minutes:

Step 1: Create Your Secure Server Account

• Go to [Resend.com] and click "Sign Up" to establish your dedicated sending server. Their robust infrastructure seamlessly scales to match your JazzySend plan, ensuring you always have the sending capacity required for your audience size.

  (Pro Tip: Keep your JazzySend dashboard open in another tab so you don't lose your place. If you get logged out, you can always [Log back into JazzySend here]).

Step 2: Verify Your Domain (Crucial for Deliverability)

• Inside Resend, navigate to Domains on the left menu and click Add Domain.

• Enter your website address (e.g., yourbusiness.com).

• Resend will give you a few DNS records. Log into where you bought your domain (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Hostinger) and paste those records into your DNS settings. This proves to Google and Yahoo that you are a legitimate sender, keeping you out of the spam folder!

Step 3: Generate Your Private Key

• Once your domain is verified, click API Keys on the left menu in Resend.

• Click Create API Key. Name it "JazzySend".

• Important: Copy the long string of text it gives you. For security, Resend will only show this to you once! Save this text string also in your secure private files for future reference.

• Paste that key directly into your JazzySend Account Settings panel.
